I updated to the 9.3 iOS a week or two ago. It messed my phone up bad. Ended up having to wipe it clean and back it up. Still won't keep time, nor can I get the iMessage or FaceTime parts of it to enable. (all have been disabled from my Mac Mini). The weird thing is since wiping and reinstalling everything my phone thinks it needs to update again to the 9.3 even though that was already done. Help.

Cannot get iMessage, FaceTime to enable on my iPhone 5C.
