Q: i've bought a second hand iphone , after a factory reset it is asking the apple id and password.when i asked the seller about it he don't know the id and password.. what should i do.. i think i 've lost my money .. apple please help me

Apple won't unlock that iPhone for you; the activation lock is an anti-theft measure. Ask the seller for a refund.

It requires the Apple ID and password of the previous owner. If you don't have it and cannot get it, then the device is useless to you. Return it for a refund if you can.
