Hi! My old mac air suffered from unrepairable water damage and I just recently purchased the new mac 2015? However, I lost all photo/files and wondering if there is any way to recover all my data and transfer to my new mac? Thank you!

If you backed your data up, restore it from there.
If not, use Target Disk mode if possible, or put the old computer's internal drive in an enclosure.

Since this is a Macbook Air, it does not have a normal internal disk drive that you can put into an enclosure. It may be possible to find a supplier that has an enclosure that will accept the Macbook Air SSD cards. Check with MacSales.com, or Google.
iFixIt.com should have instructions on how to disassemble your Macbook Air.
You need to pull the SSD from the old/broken MacBook Air and put in in an enclosure (as Bob suggested).
