Cannot Pair iPhone with MacBook w/o Supervision Certificate

How do I alleviate this issue? I do not know where to access the appropriate supervision certificate, or which device requires the certificate for this pairing to be allowed.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1, Apple Configurator 2
