Q: Can't review podcasts on iTunes app

Hi. I've been asking my friends to review my podcast The Inverted Whingers football podcast on iTunes because it is New and Noteworthy this week so I'm trying to grow the audience - but none of them can work out how to do this on their phone, and it appears not to be working.

I have searched online and sent them instructions for how to do this (Search for podcast name, click Ratings and Reviews, then click Write a Review)... but the last step does not appear any more i.e. there is nowhere on the Ratings and Reviews page that says 'Write a Review'. I have checked this on mutliple devices and they are correct - the button simply is not there any more!

Can anyone help? They don't have iTunes on their computers because 2016 - they just use the podcast app.
