Why has my enhanced edition of Where's Spot stopped working on iPad mini and iPhone?

MY enhanced edition of Where's Spot, used to work on my iPhone 5, but it will not "lift the flap" on either my iPhone or iPad mini. I have recently updated iPad to i9.1.2. I have removed and then downloaded the book, but no result.. Any ideas?
