Mail Problems

It has been weeks and I cannot get my mail app to take anything online. I have 3 mail accounts and none of them will work (send or receive) I keep getting offline messages.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

What does Mail/Window/Connection Doctor Show? If the server is red, select it and look at the Show Details box.

You're giving everyone the same info, but it's not working for me; the links just bring me back to this same page. I've tried take all offline and get mail and all the others I found earlier. I've even rebuilt all to no avail and now rebuild is greyed out!
