Here alink to Apple's Watch Sizing Guide (in PDF form) to help you determine the watch band options once you measure you wrist using string or a flexible sewing ruler-tape, as suggested above.

My wrist is fairly large (200mm), which is the "maximum" size shown for the Milanese Loop model that I bought. I was worried it would be tight, but it's very comfortable. I also bought a separate Sport Band, and Apple's stated "size ranges" seem a little more restrictive than reality. If you're still in doubt, you might try one on at an Apple Store, too.

This PDF is out of date.

The online version of the Apple Watch Sizing Guide was recently removed from Apple's website.

To check the length of all presently available bands and accessories - including the Woven Nylon Band and the Link Bracelet Kit - check Apple's website:

http://www.apple.com/shop/watch/bands

Band lengths are specified on each band's product page (in the Overview, within Product Information).
