Q: iCloud storage fixed but still can't take a picture

Had a message that iCloud storage was full and I could buy more or manage.  This popped up when I tried to use my camera and my camera was disabled. I took out 2 gig from the cloud.  When I go to settings I am told that I have 1.9 gig available but my camera is still disabled and I still get the same message.  "CANNOT TAKE PHOTO There is not enough available storage space to take a photo.  You can manage your storage in settings".  Not clear on what "storage" it referred to I also deleted about 100 photos but I still get the same message.  Help please!

YOu bought more storage for you icloud backup not your storage for your device.

Settings - general - storage and icloud storage - under storage - manage storage - this is were you look at.

Check your storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
