I dropped my iPhone 5c now it has different coloured vertical lines

I dropped it once and the screen cracked, then i dropped it a second time now the display is different coloured vertical lines will this be under 'other repairs' or 'screen repairs' pleases help asap thank you!! i can tap the screen and open something but i can't see it because the display is different colours. I can hear audio too.. I want to know what repair it is because the price matters.. please help! i tried hard reset. iPhone 5c 16gb

You can take it to Apple and purchase an out of warranty replacement for it as long as you have not opened it yet.

If you were in the U.S. and the screen repair were your only issue (which it may well not be), then the cost would be US$129. See this for more information:

I'm in Canada, and yeah I know what screen and other repairs cost that's why I wanted to know which it would be. Thank you for your help!
