Apr 1, 2016 5:02 PM in response to johnsondc.26by Demo,It would help if you explain what happens why you try to use FaceTime. In the meantime, try a forced restart of the iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Let go of the buttons, let the device restart and then try FaceTime again.
