Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If I understand correctly, there's an issue playing some songs on your iPod classic. Are you able to play those same songs in iTunes on your computer?
An easy troubleshooting step that may resolve the issue is simply resetting the iPod, as described here:

If the issue persists, try restoring your iPod classic as outlined in the article below.
