Q: My app screen on apple tv 4th gen is frozen on the choose app screen. Tried pressing menu and power buttons at same time to reboot but reboots with still frozen screen and tried unplug power to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Howdy garhua007,

     

    It sounds like you have restarted, and unplugged your Apple TV 4th Gen but the app screen seems to just not want to go away. I would try restoring the Apple TV with iTunes, and the following article will help you.

    Keep in mind this will necessitate a USB-C type connection to connect to your computer. If you don't have one or cannot restore your device otherwise, I would suggest making an appointment at either a retail store, or authorized service provider for additional assistance:
