I'm having an annoying issue with my Apple TV. If I pause Netflix for more than a minute or two it restarts back to the home screen. It does not do this every time, but regularly enough to be very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix?

It sounds like your Netflix app seems to be quitting to the home screen inconsistently. I would start by restarting the Apple TV if you haven't already:
For Apple TV (3rd generation and earlier), go to Settings > General > Restart.
If that doesn't work I would next restore the Apple TV with iTunes. You will need a micro-USB cable to do so:
