Q: Can't activate my iPad from it's current apple id

I need a fix to solve this issue i cant activate my ipad with the apple id

That this iPad was using. I Contacted/Chatted Apple but it did not solve the issue

iPad 2, iOS 9.3

if the iPad is activated with another appleID then before it's removed from the other appleID there is nothing anybody can do

Unfortunatly, your iPad is under iCloud Lock, and once under iCloud Lock cannot be removed without asking the seller for the password. If unable to contact, you have a very expensive paperweight.
