No Audio after importing

I imported my files through the USB port from my Panasonic AG-HPX172EN Camera into FCPRO did my editing all worked fine. When uploading to youtube it crashed. Then I have no audio in my timeline or to my videos and it pays back in slow motion.Justy have a green line with only 2 seconds of audio showing at the front. I tried deleting and reimporting no good and it won't work in Imovie either. Yet I can download video from my phone and playback no worries. Never had this issue before can anyone help?
