The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)

I was trying to install the Foxtel Go app on my macbook air and it came up with this error message:

The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -43.)

I tried redownloading the install package but received the same message as above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
