Apr 2, 2016 4:53 AM in response to 01smcby Demo,Try resetting all settings . Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. You will have to enter all of the iPad's settings again including WiFi passwords, your preferred wallpaper, location services settings, etc. Note that the iPad will reboot on its own when you do this.
IF that doesn't work, you should consider restoring the iOS software, if that is an option for you...meaning if the rebooting does not interfere with the process.

Apr 2, 2016 6:54 AM in response to 01smcby Demo,Perhaps erasing all content and settings and then restoring might help/ Do you backup with iCloud or iTunes? If you erase the device, and do not have a backup, you will obviously have to start all over again and download or re-sync your content.
