Q: No storage left on my iPhone 6 even though i deleted a lot

I keep getting this message that I have "no storage left on my device". When I check my settings it says that i have 0 byte left. Then I saw that it says I have 2700 pictures on my phone when I really have 250. Why? My phone seems full and I can't even use my apps, take photos and the phone keeps restarting itself. HELP please! I would really appreciate an explaination.

Make sure the deleted photos aren't just in your Recently Deleted album. Go to Albums > Recently Deleted album, tap Select, select your photos, and tap Delete. If that doesn't free up storage, you may have to backup and restore the device.

Yeah, unfortunately I have already deleted the "Recently Deleted" album and that did not make any difference. Seems like I need to restore the device. Thank you so much for your answer!
