There's a serious lag with my laptop and i think it might be my RAM deteriorating or my Hard drive.

The lag has been interfering with general web surfing after a long duration and also with my mixing. Its about 6yrs old but with a 3yr old SSD. I use Logic Pro X and the CPU load bar gets really hot with the more plugins i insert (this only started happening recently). The HD Load bar does not get that high in comparison though.
