does the 12" macbook 2015 overcharge?

ive been wondering if the new macbook overcharges if battery is 100% and connected to power. i do know that the other models dont as the circuit breaks, but since this has a new usb c port does it overcharge if the power cable is attached and the battery level is 100%?
