Q: I cannot plug my earphone

I cannot plug my headphone to the bottom. I am also having a hard time listening on my iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB.

I need this unit to be replaced. I have been connecting with some apple technician a week and a half ago.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1

these are user helping user forums we are not apple I believe you need to contact them in order to use your warranty

Probably the plug for the 3.5mm jack is obstructed.

Could you explain better the problem of your iPhone 6 Plus?
