can't remove missed call notification from FaceTime

i have a missed call notification on my FaceTime icon and even if i clear video and audio recent call list it still remains! This is extremely frustrating as i don't have any FaceTime calls.

I also have an iPhone for work and for some reason it keeps syncing to my macbook but i don't have it linked to my iCloud or apple id? why does it do this?

Can someone please help me out here?
