Q: Reset password into disk locked

i am trying to reinstall a almost new brand macbook because no body know tha password. I've restored the operation system but after finish it shows me the same user whose password i dont know.

When i used the resetpassword command only appear 3 users but no one is the user of first login page. I also reset  The root password. But i can select root user into first login page.

when i start the single mode and follow the  How to reset admin password iMac instructions it shows "disk1s2 device is write locked" .... I know the unlock password.

how can i reset the password?

thanks forehand

But i can select root user into first login page.

If you can select the Root user, can you log in as the Root user, and then go to System Preferences/Users & Groups to change the password for the account you are having problems with?

Do you have a backup of your data? If so and you can find no other way to reset the password, boot into the Recovery Partition, erase the disk, and reinstall the OS.
