Q: Suddenly unable to download purchased tv episodes to iPad for offline viewing!

I Cannot download some tv episodes from iCloud.

I Touch the cloud icon to download, it spins and then flips back to the cloud icon again! It's only in some, not all episodes!

    Hi Willow,

    I understand you are having trouble downloading some TV episodes from the iTunes Store.  Are the TV episodes all from one television show?  Or, are they episodes from different shows?  One thing you can try is to sign out of the iTunes Store account, restart your computer or device and sign back in.  This will refresh your connection to the internet and the iTunes Store.  If you are still not able to download your purchases, take a look at the resources below.  One will show you how to redownload your purchases.  The second will show you how to review your purchases and report a problem to the iTunes Store if the issue persists.
