Q: Can't Get FaceTime Calls on Mac

The FaceTime app on my mac is being weird. I'm using my MacBook Air Running 10.11.3 (OS X El Capitan).

I've been trying to send out FaceTime calls & no one has been getting them. I can receive them a couple of people, but not everyone. ALL the calls I should be receiving are coming from iPhone 6's, yet only some come through. No calls are going out to anyone.

Please help!

Thank you!

Matt.

Please start with a couple of simple steps. Sign out of FaceTime, then sign back in. If there's no change, log out or restart the computer.

I'm having similar problems with Facetime in my computer (MacBook Pro Retina 15" Late 2013 with OSX El Capitan 10.11.4).

I try to place calls and I can hear the program ringing, but there's actually no call being made. If I use Facetime in my phone or ipad, there's no problem and people will actually receive the calls. Through my computer, people are not getting the calls.

I have tried to log out from my account and restarting my computer with no luck.

Other thing I have noticed is that when I stop a call, the ringing will still continue. T
