IPAD MINI 2 CANT RESTORE UPDATE (itunes bugging)

Hello guys ,

On 5 march my uncle bought me a brand new ipad mini 2 from USA , He setup that ipad himself after arriving india on that day..

I have been using it since 1 month but yesterday a went somewhere and my brother kept trying to unlock the ipad but he disabled it forever.. As it was setup by my uncle i forgot my apple id and passcode.. So i downloaded itunes and went restoring where itunes downloaded software but while downloading i lost my internet connection and the download started again from 0 kb . So to avoid problems i downloaded a firmware from internet and wanted to restore from that but when i try to do so with itunes i get a error message after extracting files where it says "error code 3194" I finally fixed it but that wasn't enough as one more error kept on "coming error code 2005" but i fixed it at last after extracting of files by itunes error pops up "saying error code 17" but i couldn't fix it..

I HAVE SEEN EVERYTHING INCLUDING APPLE COMMUNITY ,TOM'S HARDWARE , YOUTUBE AND SO ON,A but NOTHING HELPSSs!!

I seriously don't want to go to a apple store... PLease HELP ME!! AND I HAVE LATEST ITUNES VERSION..

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you have worked through several different restore errors while trying to restore your iPad mini 2, but are not seeing error 17 and do not know how to proceed. If this is correct, the following article gives great advice for troubleshooting error 17.

If you see Error 3194, Error 17, or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build' in iTunes - Apple Support

Sir , I have already read that article and edited my host file , Disabled my firewall and antivirus but nothing persists . I have downloaded firmware 9.3.1 from ipsw.mehttp://ipsw.me for my ipad mini 2 but i cant restore when I try to restore a message pop ups saying preparing ipad for restore but after a few seconds a error pop ups "error - 17" Is there any other way to restore a disabled ipad without itunes???

Thank you for the reply with this extra information. I would first suggest not using any software (.ispw) that you download from non Apple sources online to try and resolve this issue. Try placing your iPad in recovery mode, as described in the following article, to restore. This will download the correct software for your device from Apple and install it.

If you continue to have issues, it may be necessary to contact Apple Support directly.

Thanks joe_7399 for a reply , But in my country there is no stable connection , as if itunes downloads it's own software.. In between while downloading error pop ups connection timeout because my wifi is not so stable so I cant download that software from itunes as I cant resume it...That's why I downloaded a .ipsw from ipsw.me.....
