Can't open Notes, Pages etc on icloud.com

Whenever I login to icloud.com (via Chome on PC), I'm unable to open Notes, I get the following error:

"Notes has stopped responding". Here are seemingly the most useful bits of diagnostic when I expand the details:

I also can't open Pages, Numbers and Keynote - all of which return me to an icloud.com login prompt.


Photos also doesn't work - giving me this:

Photos could not be loaded


MESSAGE

There was a problem loading the application due to a possible network error or missing resources. Please try again.


All other services seem to work fine (Contacts, Mail, Calendar, Find iPhone, Reminders etc).


This seems to have started happening in the last couple of days.

I'm having pretty much the same problem. I downloaded and installed the iCloud for PC application on my computer. I can see some of my Pages documents in File Explorer and it offers me the option to open them on the website. But when I try to open them I get a "Sorry this document is not available right now" message and I'm kicked out of the Pages web app. If I try to open Pages directly from iCloud.com I get kicked back to the login screen after it tries to open the app. I have never had any problem getting my documents in the five years icloud.com has existed!

I'm getting the same error. This began after I updated to the latest iOS software on both my iPad and iPhone and enabled Apple's "Two-step authorization."


Logging on to both this very website and icloud.com forced me to input an authorization code, which I did. However, there seems to be an issue on Apple's end of things. I'm getting the same error when I try to access my notes in iCloud:


"ERROR

CloudKit error - access denied"


It's incredibly frustrating and hopefully someone finds a fix for this. Turning off Apple's two-step authorization hasn't helped the issue.

I have had the same problem since Thursday, March 31, 2016. I have spoken with Apple Support regarding this issue. They say they have escalated my problem for further review. An added dilemma on my account is my developer profile interfering with support's ability to help me. It sounds like a more global issue though. Hopefully they will have it resolved soon.

I have this same issue a week ago. I just spent the equivalent of 3 hours on the phone with 4 different techies from Apple using Remote Assistance to show them the issue over and over and try to troubleshoot the issue. It turns out the same thing happened in 2012 according to forums here and it spontaneously resolves after a while once the website programmers have a chance to be made aware consistently and by multiple people. I recommend calling your local toll-free support #, the wait was maybe 2 minutes long and let them know you are having this issue, That way they are aware to tackle the problem ASAP and have multiple accounts to go off of. I spoke with Luke a Senior Tech Adviser who said I was the first he knew about since 2012 to have this issue but he was certain i would not be the last. I urge everyone who has this issue to call the toll free support # and register your complaint so they know the scope of the issue.
