Hello mimipop293,
I understand you are trying to sync music from your iTunes Library to your iPod Touch 5th Gen. Tell me a little about the two albums that are being stubborn. Did you purchase them from the iTunes Store, or did you import the music from CD's into your computer using iTunes? If you purchased them from the iTunes Store, follow the information below to redownload past purchases. If you imported them from CD's, then you can delete the songs from your iTunes Library and reimport them. The resources below will provide additional information.

Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes using USB
Since you posted your question in the Apple Music community, I thought I'd include this information about the syncing options available with an Apple Music Membership:
Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer
To see your music library on all of your devices, turn on iCloud Music Library in Settings on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or iTunes on a Mac or PC.
With your Apple Music membership, you can access your music library on all of your devices using iCloud Music Library. When you sign in to Apple Music on any of your devices, you can see your library in My Music.
Your music library includes:
- songs, albums, and playlists that you added from the Apple Music catalog;
- music that you bought from iTunes; and
- music from other sources in iTunes on your Mac or PC, including CDs that you ripped and music that you created yourself.
Apple Music features and content varies by country.
Turn on iCloud Music Library
With your Apple Music membership, you can sync your music by turning on iCloud Music Library on all of the devices on which you want to use Apple Music.
Take care,
