iPhone 5S Display Problems

Hey guys,

at first I want to say sorry for my bad English but it's the easiest way to find help.

since last week my iphone had some issues with unlocking.

WhenI tried to unlock tthe phone nothing happened but I can still use Siri and can stil hear my phone ringing but the screen is just black .

I need at least 10 attempts until i can finally use it.

But today when I tried to use it I just saw that:

i can still use Siri and the phone still makes noises but I can't use the touchscreen.

A Reset doesn't work that's why I think it must be a hardware issue.

Maybe it's just a broken or a loose wire?
