How do I copy my playlists from my music folder in Windows 10 to my iPhone 6? Unsure what application to use. I tried installing iTunes on my computer but will not install. "This app can't run on your PC". Any idea what to do and steps I could follow. I have installed my playlists in Dropbox but unsure how to copy them to the music app on the iPhone. Very frustrated.

iTunes is the only way to sync / manage music and playlists on an iOS device from your computer.
You need to work out why it's not able to install...
Make sure you've downloaded the correct version for http://itunes.com/download
The playlists on your Music folder were likely created with Windows Media Player (or Groove Music) and if so they are in a different format than the one used in iTunes and your phone. There are way of converting them but would take time. You can try doing a search about the conversion process.
