Apr 3, 2016 9:16 AM in response to prjclarkeby elcpu,The playlists on your Music folder were likely created with Windows Media Player (or Groove Music) and if so they are in a different format than the one used in iTunes and your phone. There are way of converting them but would take time. You can try doing a search about the conversion process.
iTunes should run in your W10 PC. This article offers ways to resolve installation issues.
