No mirror option for Ipad 2 or Iphone 5

I use to be able to mirror my iDevices to my Apple TV, but I no longer see the mirror option in the airplay menu, Only a speaker icon. What gives? Everything is up to date, all on the same network

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 9.3.1
