Q: 9.3.1 app & sign in problems iPhone 5
My iPhone 5 had been working fine with all previous updates until the app bug began when I upgraded to 9.3.1. I cannot get many apps to run past their launch screen. I cannot update apps from the App Store because of the error "Cannot Connect to App Store". In efforts to resolve this issue, I am now signed out of the App Store and iCloud on my iPhone. However, when I enter my password and tap submit to sign into App Store or iCloud, the Settings app freezes and I have to force quit or if I wait long enough, a Verification Error pops up stating there was an issue connecting to the Apple ID Server at this time.
My home wifi on my computer is working. I have tried powering my phone off and on, giving it many resets with the home and lock buttons, Airplane Mode, toggling Cellular, LTE, Wi-Fi, and Messages on and off, and resetting my Network Settings.
