Headphones mode iPhone 5s

HI, how could I know if my headphone jack is damage or noT? Because I could hear with the headphones But it would not go

out of headphone mode? i tried everything and the first attempts work went to ringer but then after a little went back to headphone mode And has stayed there. its only in ringer when a have my bluetooth headset on. The only sound i could hear is when a person calls or the alarm for text and other things no sounds. somebody knows what else i could do or how could i know if the headphone jack is damage? Thank you
