I tried to use my Apple Music today and all of the music I downloaded is missing! Please advise.

1. Go to settings on your iPhone
2. Go down to "Music" and press it
3. Under the "Library" heading turn on "iCloud Music Library"
4. Now go back to the Music app and it should be there

Uh, nope. Turning ICML back ON will not restore downloaded music that has (assuming it actually did) disappear or get deleted. All it will do is restore the listing of the songs in the OP's ICML.

Same here. Restoring the phone, and turning settings on/off doesn't fix any of this.

Trying to redownload does not work.
