I see you're having an issue with not being able to download the new Star Wars movie from the iTunes Store. These are your first steps in getting this issue resolved:
Restart a download on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap iTunes Store.
- On your iPhone or iPod touch, tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then tap Downloads.
On your iPad, tap Downloads. - If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap the blue download arrow next to a paused item to resume the download.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC. Then sync it to your iOS device.
You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.
Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads
