iPhone 6S plus 3D touch and battery drain fast

I have an iPhone 6s Plus and I wonder if anyone have this problem as every time I use 3D touch on my iPhone 6S Plus for about 2 or 3 times, the battery will loose 1%. If I keep using 3D touch for other things with the same amount of using times, the battery will will drain faster like maybe 2%. Is it a normal problem?

Another problem is the battery life on my iPhone 6S Plus drain so quick even I do not use it and more than 10% will loose after one night. However, it would just loose about 3% over night before. I dont know what wrong as I did not change anything in the setting. It looks like the battery will loose 1% for every hour even I do not touch my iPhone. I have owned this iPhone for about 5 months, and I do not use the phone much. I usually charge my iPhone just 2 times per week for the last 5 months. Base on the result of the iBackupBot, the battery charge cycle of my iPhone is 32 until I post this question. With the low power mode turn on, I could have standby time for more than 80 hours and on screen time for about 8 hours. However, these recent dates, I have to charge my phone every other night even though I still use the phone same as before and with the low power mode turn on the standby time is just about 50 hours and on screen time is about 5 hours.
