RAW pictures cannot view in Photos

I imported RAW pictures to Photos, but Photos can't view them, why?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

PPhotos can only display RAW photos, if the camera is supported by MacOS X El Capitan. Not all cameras are supported. The RAW support s camera specific. which camera are you singL

RAW support is camera specific and Unless your camera is on this list it is not supported
