Q: iBooks on IOS 9.3.1will not syncing between my iPhone and iPad

A have a iPad Air and a iPhone 6s both with IOS 9.3.1. My problem is that Bookmarks, notes and reading position will not syncing between both devices.

On both devices a have the setting iCloud Drive iBooks ON and the settings iBooks sync bookmarks / notes and sync collections are also ON. I have already tried logging both devices out from iTunes & App Store and iCloud and back login but without any difference. I also rebooted both devices and turned the syncing options off and back on, but I haven't been able to get it work.

Cane somebody help me with this issue.

Best regards, Vic

Also here since last Friday are suddenly without something or what to have done my ibooks bookmarks and notes synchronized. Here also no update needed on my devices, for me it was an internal icloud problem. Works great for my now, I hope that it continues to work this way.

Many Thanks to everybody. my question is solved by this.

    With best regards, Vic

Encouraging, I think I can help you understand what Apple was doing. I am a software architect on both Microsft and Apple software platforms. What appears to be "running you through hoops" was in fact Apple taking you very seriously. The engineer was trying to get enough information to reproduce your problem exactly. This often takes a good bit of time and information. They will give this information along with your description of the problem to a development team to fix.
