cannot open app store

Hi kindly help me on what to do. I wanted to upgrade to El Capitan unfortunately I cannot connect to app store. I have my internet connection okay.

OS X: "Cannot connect" or "Cannot connect to the App Store. An internet connection is required" - Apple Support
