Q: iphone5s after updating my software there asking apple id and password after typing my appleid an password im getting error message that this apple id cannot be used to unlock this iphone...plz help me

after updaating my iphone5s, my phone is not opening im getting error mesage

Are you sure you have used that apple id for your device activation?
Are you the original owner of this device or you have purchased second hand iPhone?
If it is second hand device you need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.
