Aug 4, 2016 11:22 PM in response to stefan simonby MizzHotBlaze,The answer is very simple. The reason why you are getting that error message is because you DID not set up an itunes store account. I.E. You need to add a credit card and billing address to enable your account for purchases once you do that you can continue.
