Q: Okay so multiple times I sign in to my account and view my devices and the same 4 are there, NONE of them are the actual phone I'm viewing the info from, so I keep trying to remove them all but it's like the screen freezes and will not remove.

want to remove all devices it says I'm signed into but screen freezes

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

    Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities!

     

    I understand that the Apple ID page is becoming unresponsive while trying to remove your devices. To troubleshoot this situation there are a couple of different steps I recommend, both of which are explained in the included link below. 

     

    I would first suggest trying to adjust the JavaScript setting in Safari to see if the website will respond as expected. If the issue continues, work through the information in the Clear information from your device section to clear the Safari History and Website Data.
