Apr 4, 2016 8:45 AM in response to danafrommurphyby Duane,Assuming that these are the flat panel iMacs, the serial numbers are on the bottom of the feet. Find the serial number on your iMac - Apple Support
Otherwise check Find the serial number of your Apple product - Apple Support
There is no where to "send" them. The best bet is to take them to the local Apple store -> http://www.apple.com/retail/

Apr 4, 2016 9:12 AM in response to danafrommurphyby den.thed,It is simple. Go to and open the link that I provided, put in your area code, select a product (Mac for example) and press Go. You should then see a map and list with telephone # for your local AASP's.

Apr 4, 2016 9:37 AM in response to danafrommurphyby den.thed,We are just other Mac users like yourself here, so we have no idea which one is the best to call first.

Apr 4, 2016 9:49 AM in response to den.thedby danafrommurphy,Thank you!! I was honestly hoping that someone from the actual Mac company was also reading these!! I will have to make time to call - it is just very hard to fit everything in that I need to get done! That's why I need the most effective and efficient way to get things done!!
Thank you all for your thoughts!! I just think it is sad that you can't get a simple number to call! Especially when these are great products and I love them = that's why I want to get these fixed so my students has more opportunities on them!
