Q: FaceTime login error

i have ios 9.3.1 and i am not able to log in with Face Time. I have done network reset , formatting and whatever known possible things

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

I Don't know what possible things you have done already, so check here.
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
