When I connect to my home wifi all other network devices stop working

Purchased a brand new router and still having issues, finally narrowed it down to just my phone. It's somewhere intermittent. If I restart the phone it will work for a while then all of the sudden Internet pages on my laptop or Netflix stops working. If I go on my phone and select WiFi to off, other devices continue working within seconds! We have another iPhone 6 and 2 iPads that work just fine.
