Pre-purchased a book and only a sample downloaded

I pre purchased a book a few months ago and it's has now been released and it only downloaded a sample.

i Paid for the book book but can not get it. What am I doing wrong?

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.1

See if you can re download the book > Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

You've now paid for the book ? Pre-orders are only charged and pard for on release (assuming that you have a balance/payment method on your account at that time), they aren't paid for at the time of pre-ordering.
