structure of a mobile webpage link to a podcast for podcast app

Hi,

How should I structure the link to a podcast which I want to use to allow a mobile(iphone) user to automatically subscribe to a podcast using the Podcast App. I know that using itpc://... will launch iTunes on a pc. How do I do the same for the Podcast App using iPhone?
