Facebook Ad Manager not working

My Facebook ad manager for my business page is not working.

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013) runing OS EI Capitan 10.11.3 (15D21).

My Facebook ads manager has been stuck like this for one month now and I have tried the following with no success:

1. Restarted computer

2. Cleared browser cache

3. User another browser

4. Logged in and then out again

I have also tired my account from another computer and it works so it seems from a few people I have spoken with this is related to my machine itself.

I need some practical help on how to resolve this.
