Holly, I tried to change the units concerning the document size, and it seems impossible. But you can maybe tried this trick.

Go to Keynote (upper left corner near the apple logo)>Preferences>Rules. There you can change the units and set it in : Points, inches, centimeters.

After that if you make a shape in your presentation, like a square, you'll be able to see the size of your object in the "Arrange" tab. The size is now shown in the unit you chosen, so you can make a shape the size you want, and after set a picture size based on that shape to print it the size you wish, like you askde for 16x20 for your poster !

I hope I understand your question, is that this tip will be useful.

Hi Holly,

You can adjust your keynote presentation size. At the upper right corner you'll find 3 buttons, just click on the last one "document". Then in the menu on the right click on "slide size", there are two preset sizes, but you'll be able to customize the size (width and height) as you want, portrait or landscape. Hope it will be helpful for you !
